Twenty minutes, one horizon, and nothing else asking for you.
A sunrise is not rare. Watching one all the way through is. Most of us catch a piece of it through a windshield with a podcast running and a to-do list already loaded.
Do it once on purpose. Set the alarm the night before, leave the phone face down in another room or in your pocket, and let the whole thing happen at its own speed. It takes about twenty minutes from first colour to full light.
The point is not the sky. The point is proving to yourself that you can be somewhere without documenting it, and that the day still runs fine afterward.

How to actually do it
- 01Check tomorrow's sunrise time tonight and set the alarm fifteen minutes earlier.
- 02Pick the spot now, even if it is your back step.
- 03Leave the phone inside. No photo, no post, no check.
You already know if this is the one. Go put a date on it.
